About Us

APPS.gov EZ is a product of the Center for New Media and Citizen Engagement in the Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies in the U.S. General Services Administration.

Our goal is to help government and citizens better interact with each other. We do this by providing public engagement tools and technology, research, best practices, training, assistance, policy guidance and outreach. We are working to help agencies meet 21st century citizen expectations of participation, collaboration and services.

The best way to get help is to click over to our Online Help Forum. There, you can ask your questions, get answers, and make suggestions. We’re on the forum during business hours–and other hours, too.
