Office of Citizen Services

USA.gov, the official web portal of the U.S. Government, is managed by the Office of Citizen Services (OCS), part of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The Office of Citizen Services consolidates all of GSA’s citizen-centered activities into a single organization, providing American citizens access to information and services they require. OCS also helps government agencies procure contact centers, assists with consumer outreach and publications, facilitates a variety of web services (see below), and promotes intergovernmental collaboration and innovation to help governments around the country and around the world share innovative and valuable ideas.
